my custom grenade. you need the note "Schematics-incarnation bomb". to make one, you need 1 incendary grenade, 3 microfusion cells and a pressure cooker. you keep the pressure cooker but the others will go into grenade form.

the steel cutter katanta, a mix of titanium and steel boiled in hot water, creating a cyan colored blade. it cuts throught metal like a hot knife through butter, it even peirces power armor of any kind

The deadclaw, a undead (or ghoulified) version of the mother deathclaw. only differences are is that it has a green patch of unknown chemicals, a white cross, a small tail and a eye that is black with a white pupl. created by me.

“last night, i was having these strange thoughts i saw when i was a the pitt, i saw images of the bull and bear in the distance. im not shure what was going on, but next, i was mistaking the guard of the door into pitt downtown for dad, i even saw these creatures in the steelyard. i wasnt on anything. my eyes where blury at the time i was playing and i was seeing a 3 tailed fox, a red knuckler (idk about that) and a creature composed of silver. its really strange. i only got a 6 second look before they left, like vanished. this is not a joke, i saw them with my own eyes. then i saw what looked like a giant creature full of the fev. he said his name was "the master" and he had two brute bodyguards and he was a tall thing, like, 7 feet. if someone can discript these, please tell me.”— nikolai

something strange...

hey guys, i found this strange artifact while scavenging the ruins of some random building i saw in boulder city. i found a big, long polymer case that looked like it could fit a rifle or two. but this, thing, i found was some sort of sword. it had a tag on it that is said to belong to "alta.." and cuts off there, i wonder who this person was, and why is his sword there? the strange thing is that i found someones name scribbled on the case and it was this "person" who owned the sword, it said "this blade belongs to nepatche Le'on, do not steal." the case didnt have any explosives straped on, so i took it and got hitted in the face by some raider who thought he would kill me. next thing you know, it was Nepatche Le'on, the "owner" of the sword. then he knocked me out, i dont remember what happened after that, next thing you know, two men wearing white robes where carrying me and i was on one of those medevil styled ships. then they where "talking" to me, asking if i know the peice of eden, the blade of altair and where to find the garden of eden. i told them i know the GECK, but when it looks like they didnt understand, i told them it means the garden of eden creation kit. i dont know the peice of eden i told them, but then they tolds me that i was the second "spainard" of eden. vodka power

you have learned the tricks of the soviet, when you drink vodka, you get a AP boost of 20 and the negative effects of vodka have been improved. instead of intelegence of -1, you get luck of +1, as long as nikolai's in your party. oh, and you cant get addicted to vodka.

red army soviet

when you fight, you fight for courage. with this perk, knives, bolt-action weapons, semi-auto pistols and frag grenades do an extra 50 damage.

communist party

like the battle in berlin, you are victorious. when using light or medium armor, you gain a DT of 9.

Strike of russia

when using this perk, you can call in a massive airstrike of your choice. it gos up from napalm to frag grenade bombing. to call them, go to the 'aid' section and select 'airstrike assault'.

Shorty

shorty is a unique version of the cowboy repeater, used by nikolai. it has a clip of 11 and is hand loaded. the difference between the cowboy repeater and shorty is that it has a sawn off stock than the regular varant. it has a incresed rate of fire and a hp of 230. shorty can fire 600 bullets before it breaks. due to the sawn off stock, the acuracy is reduced by 2 and stability is decreased by 2. it is used by nikolai.
