Vault-Tec medical protocols
Vault-Tec medical protocols is a Vault-Tec Corporation database describing standardized procedures for dealing with common medical problems that may arise in the isolated environment of the Vault. Due to the fact that they were written before the War and without a point of reference, they typically encourage treatments that treat symptoms, but not the underlying causes. The most common ailment, Vault Depressive Syndrome, is recommended to be treated with drugs (chlorpromazine), a stop-gap measure.
