Crockett is the head scientist of the Hubologists living in San Francisco in 2241.
Background
He is a young, slovenly geek with an extreme affinity for technology, working for the Hubologists, but not quite following their teachings - he provides them with his skills in exchange for a hefty salary and some action from the ladies from time to time.
A testament to his talent is the nuclear reactor installed on board the USS Quetzel and a hardening process for power armor he developed on his own.
Despite being the Hubologists' main scientist, Crockett isn't that endeared to the cult. If the player decides to kill the AHS-9 for Ken Lee and the Shi, Crockett won't turn hostile. He'll still offer the option to harden armor, even.

Quests
- Get some hardened power armor from Crockett: Crockett will harden powered armor for $10000 per piece, but only has enough materials to perform the process twice. The money will remain on his body so it can be stolen back or taken from his corpse if one wishes.
