An image of a singer. Obviously, very old. The image has a felt coating that is still in good condition.

Velvet Elvis or Fuzzy Painting is a miscellaneous item in Fallout and Fallout 2.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

The painting is a framed portrait of Elvis Presley on top of black velvet.[1][2]

Locations[edit | edit source]

Fallout[edit | edit source]

In the original Fallout, one can be found at the Alien ship special encounter.

Fallout 2[edit | edit source]

  • In the bar in Klamath behind a locked door.
  • In Eric's house in Broken Hills.

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The painting itself is a humorous reference to real-world Velvet Elvis paintings, and its presence near the crashed alien ship refers to widespread rumors and jokes about Elvis being still alive and living with aliens.
