New blood. Heh. Heh heh.

Victor is the most unstable member of the Skulz gang in Junktown in Fallout.

Background[edit | edit source]

Victor embodies all the wrongs a petty ganger might commit. He is a psychopath, reveling in pain and bloodshed. Since usually he can't hurt humans with impunity, he tortures iguanas he catches around Junktown. He also had a tendency to stare at people in an unsettling way and stalk them.[1]
