Gametitle-VB.pngThe following is based on Van Buren and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

Wagner is a ghoul living in Denver in 2253 and was set to appear in Black Isle's cancelled Fallout 3, codenamed Van Buren.

Background[edit | edit source]

Wagner is a salvager ghoul living in Denver. Formerly of the Necropolis, he made his way north to Gecko, but then left Gecko after a few months. He lived as a traveler, selling supplies and working as a light mechanic/electrician for towns. He is friendly-looking (big happy grin) and wears goggles. You are never sure you can quite trust him, but he seems nice and friendly, though.

He is actually working for Willem Clark in the Reservation. If the radio tower is every fully operational, he'll try to send a signal. He will be surprised to see Measles if he shows up and quite nervous (chance? Or is Willem doing a followup?).
