Background[edit | edit source]
Wayne is a scavenger in Freeside. He, Roy and Farris just cashed in some scrap metal and decided to go to the Atomic Wrangler to try their luck at the slots when an attack occurred between two parties and they were caught in the crossfire.

Notes[edit | edit source]
- Asking him if he is holding anything from you will result in gaining Freeside infamy.
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
- Putting the names of the three men together, you get "Roy Wayne Farris" - real name of WWE Legend The Honky Tonk Man, who wrestled with an Elvis impersonator gimmick and is also the cousin of Jerry "The King" Lawler.
- He makes a reference to Lieutenant, who was sometimes called "Lou Tenant". While trying to remember a man's name, he says something along the lines of "Someone called him Lou... oh, and Tenant! Lou Tenant!". The joke is carried even further, when afterwards, Roy, his friend, says that Wayne is "-as dumb as a mutant sometimes."
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Wayne appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
