Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics
You can wield weapons much larger than normally allowed. You gain a +3 to your strength for the purposes of Strength checks when trying to wield weaponry.”— in-game description, Fallout 2
+3 bonus to your Strength for the purposes of using and meeting the requirements for weapons. The perk is not a particularly good investment, as well distributed skill points provide a superior bonus.
- The Fallout 2 manual – p.113 – erroneously states that the Strength requirement is 1-9, instead of 1-6.
Fallout: New Vegas
Weapon Handling adds 1 to your Agility and 3 points to One-Handed and Two-Handed Melee skills.
