West Productions, Inc. (or WPI) is a company which worked on Cinematics Soundeffects for Fallout.

Background

West Productions was founded by Dave West in April 1984.[1][2] They later moved operations to 2400 sq. ft. facility in Burbank, sharing space with composer John Debney. WPI continued to work on several film and television projects including Sam Rami’s “Evil Dead 2”.[3]

In 1998 it was honored with an Emmy for their work on an episode "The X-Files."[4]

WPI peaked with 7 hours of prime time television a week, 80 union employees and provided fresh soundtracks for the icons of the industry. In the late 1990s the company started to splinter. After their last show got canceled West Productions closed it's doors in January 2002.[3][2]
