Background
Bob is a man of age, with a beard that can be described only as scrawny and a large, red nose. He is, in essence, the stereotypical image of a moonshiner, one who enjoys his own product a little too much. He has a secret still just outside Klamath, fueled by firewood obtained from nearby trees. He keeps it a secret, though lately he's been unable to visit and take care of the latest batch of hooch. A gecko went to town on his leg a while back.[1]
He's a regular patron of the Buckner House and a treasure trove of information and gossip on the entire settlement.

In any case, it's a rough sort of place a few days travel south of Klamath. Anything can be had there for a price...even slaves. But you have to be very careful there - lots of short tempers attached to dangerous weapons. I don't think they have much to do with us, though; we're too poor here.}"
