An elderly man with white hair that's growing progressively thinner, Zeke is the man leading the Vault 15 squatters to a better life, or so he would like to think. The motley band of homeless people is being used by Darion as smoke screen for his raider activities, something Zeke doesn't particularly like, but can't do a thing about.

Quests[edit | edit source]
- Rescue Chrissy: The player has to rescue Chrissy in order to be able to talk to Zeke. Otherwise, he will just rebuff them.
- Kill Darion: Killing the Khan leader is a prerequisite for the Vault 15 squatters joining the Republic. He provides the keycard to access the elevator leading into the Vault.
- Complete Deal with NCR.: The player can convince Zeke to join the NCR, if Darion is killed.
