Alisha Parker was a former Vault-Tec University student and author of the History of Morgantown holotapes, recorded some time after the bombs fell.
Background[]
Parker was valedictorian of the last graduating class of Vault-Tec University.[1] After the Great War, she felt a duty to record the events of Morgantown's final days for future generations to find and understand what had happened. This included the formation of the Street House and Roof House gangs and the genesis of what she dubbed "The House Wars."[2] She hoped that a Vault 76 resident would find the holotapes.
She did not join a house, instead choosing to hide on the roofs of Morgantown, far away from the other students. During this time she sometimes spoke to Victor Hibbe, who lived on another roof nearby.[3] Their interaction was minimal until Victor suggested they meet up. She declined, not just because of the student gangs, but also because she was beginning to suffer the effects of radiation poisoning.[4]
