[Verification needed] is a tag that is added after someone reports a bug or a problem. If someone else also report has that problem, ha can replace the last part of tha tag by "verified", which will then change the whole tag. This mechanism is put on the wikia, because some issues may be caused by a certain patch, the computer you have, a fail in the install, a mod, or yet something else, but when it's a problem only 1 person faces, then it's not notewhorthy. However, if it's a general problem (more people have this problem) then it's certainly notable on the page. I hope this clarifies it?
