Big Sal's office is an unmarked location within Gomorrah in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.

Situated upstairs from the main casino floor, the office sits near to the Zoara Club. Reaching the office requires first going through Brimstone. Next to the bar are two red couches, and a stairway leading upstairs. After reaching the pool tables, the office is behind the door on the far right side of the room. It will have a Very Hard lock on it.
The door to open the office is classified as owned, but picking the lock will not result in loss of Karma. The Troike blackmail note is located inside the room's safe by the wall. There is no loss of Karma for opening the safe and taking the note. A 75 Lockpick or 50 Science skill level (to hack the terminal in the office) is required to open the safe.
