- Return to Sender: Stepinac is one of the people you can give the upgrade codes to.
- Andy and Charlie: Stepinac presumably dies during the Legion raid at Ranger station Charlie.
Other interactions
- Stepinac supposedly dies after starting the unmarked quest Andy and Charlie given by Ranger Andy or the main quest for Caesar, Render Unto Caesar, but his dead body cannot be found at Ranger station Charlie or anywhere else in the game. Killing him doesn't affect Karma, but it will lead to a drop of fame with the NCR if the act is witnessed.
