Characteristics

Once installed, this upgrade allows Book Chute to break down clipboards and pencil. The Courier will receive one duct tape and one scrap metal for each clipboard, and five lead and one scrap metal for each pencil.

Location

The holotape is in Little Yangtze watchtower, leaning on a coffee machine.
