Bug Stomper is a challenge and perk in Fallout: New Vegas.
Challenge requirements
This perk is rewarded upon completing each rank of the "Bug Stomper" kill challenge:
- Rank 1: Kill 50 mutated insects and arachnids
- Rank 2: Kill 100 mutated insects and arachnids
- Rank 3: Kill 150 mutated insects and arachnids
Effects
Gaining this perk grants a permanent damage bonus against mutated insects and arachnids, increased with each rank completed:
- +3% damage against mutated insects and arachnids
- +6% damage against mutated insects and arachnids
- +10% damage against mutated insects and arachnids

- Like most kill challenges, progress is tracked cumulatively, i.e. once rank 1 is achieved, one only has to kill another 50 insects to reach rank 2, and so on with rank 3.
- Kills made by a companion do not count towards the kills needed to earn this perk.
- The perk pairs well with the Entomologist perk.
