Dissapearing at Mariposa?

Anyone else have Ian suddenly disappear when you first find Mariposa military base? No notification of him dying, leaving or anything like that, he just... disappeared.

Text Arrangement

The article was written just fine. The different sections of the article for Fallout and Fallout 2 served to identify where the information came from, and provided a logical order of things. Fallout 2 starts with mentioning that in the Vault Dweller's memoirs, Ian is stated to be dead, and how he died. The old form then went on to mention him being discussed in teh Cafe of Broken dreams as perhaps being part of the Abbey, which was then fleshed out in the Cut Content paragraph. The old order worked better and flowed in a more natural manner. Mr.Youtube's new one seems disjointed and has a poorer flow. Richie9999 (talk) 01:38, February 9, 2013 (UTC)

I'm inclined to agree with Richie. Perhaps the sections should be reworded, but seperating by game era is appropriate. Agent c (talk) 01:46, February 9, 2013 (UTC)

I'm playing through Fallout for the first time atm, and i've just fought Harry and his boyz. And when the flamethrower guy attacked Ian (while splashing Harry and the other guy), he critted all three of them for 60-90 damage and burnt them down. Imagine my surprise when i came here and read about the memoirs. Maybe this deserves a consistency check and a mention. Unfortunately, i don't have a save before that point and i'm a bit too lazy to go there from the start. 46.98.7.50 02:49, May 12, 2014 (UTC)
