Calvin Crenshaw was a customer of the RobCo Sales & Service Center prior to the Great War of 2077.
Background
Calvin brought in his seven year old NX-12 terminal for repair, believing that there was something wrong due to its inability to play the video game Red Menace. However the terminal was too old to perform that function. Both K. O'Conner and S. Lee confirmed this, informing him that there simply wasn't enough memory for the game and he would need to either fully replace the internal components or purchase a new terminal.[1]
