Camarillo was a member of the Mariposa Military Base security team before the Great War.
Background[]
Camarillo was part of the group led by Sergeant Dennis Allen that split from the rest of the team during the Exodus, alongside Soto and Jensen. This faction left the main group to explore the southeast ruins of West Tek, an area that came to be called the Glow due to being hit directly by a nuclear bomb, for technology.
When the group reached the West Tek facility, they explored it without incident until they reached the third floor, where they activated the security systems. The survivors, including Camarillo, retreated to the first floor, but while uninjured physically for some reason he wandered off from the others, mumbling something about Gehenna. Camarillo eventually died, and ultimately caused the deaths of the other survivors as he had been carrying all the anti-radiation medicine.[1][2]
