Canned meat stew is a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
A meat based stew served in a blue bowl, an appearance shared with other soups. The stew is an excellent aid item providing health, hunger, thirst and an XP boost. It will never spoil.

Canned meat stew is gifted to all player characters participating in the event in packs of 5 upon completion of Feed the People.
Notes[]
- The XP bonus does not stack with cranberry cobbler but lasts twice as long (60 min).
- Prior to patch 1.0.3.10, all player characters on the server would receive the reward when Feed the People was completed.
- Despite the stew being cooked post-War as part of Feed the People, eating it contributes to progress on the challenges for eating pre-War food.
- Although it is called 'Meat Stew' there is no actual meat in it. The ingredients are dehydrated beef stock, diced vegetable mix and meat-flavored soy chunks. Technically it is a vegetarian meal, but it won't work with the Herbivore mutation.
