Casey was an employee at the World of Refreshment in Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background[]
Shortly after the bombs fell, Casey wrote a note upon hearing blasts and checking to see if it was a military exercise. On the roof, they wrote another note after seeing an atomic blast cloud, explaining to Raul that they were going to search for Janie, who had been attending college in Boston. Casey's password can be found next to the note.
