The override chip is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
It is given to the player by the Yes Man during the Wild Card: Finishing Touches quest to upload at the El Dorado substation. Mr. House gives you the chip for same purpose for the quest The House Always Wins, VII.
