Division[]
I've been wanting to divide up this category, similarly to how I did Category:Enclave characters and Category:New California Republic characters, but I haven't been sure how to. Problem is that the BoS are a bit more complex structure-wise than those two, appearing in every game with several subfactions. It gets even more confusing where at least one chapter appears in two games (the guys out of Lost Hills) and not every BoS character in or mentioned in a game belong to the game's main chapter. For this reason, I'm thinking of creating sub-categories for this category that divide the BoS by both game and chapter, for instance:
- Would be a sub-category of Brotherhood of Steel characters and the chapter's category
- Brotherhood of Steel (Capital Wasteland) characters - Everyone in the Capital Wasteland chapter
- Brotherhood of Steel (Midwest) characters - Everyone in the Midwest group
- Brotherhood of Steel (Mojave) characters - Everyone in Hidden Valley, its scouts and lost members
- Brotherhood of Steel (New California) characters - Everyone in Lost Hills and its FO2 outposts
- Brotherhood Outcasts characters- Everyone in Fort Independence, Operation: Anchorage and their patrols
- Would be a sub-category of Brotherhood of Steel characters and the game's character category
- Fallout BoS characters - Every character that appears and is mentioned in Fallout
- Fallout 2 BoS characters - Every character that appears and is mentioned in Fallout 2
- Fallout 3 BoS characters - Every character that appears and is mentioned in Fallout 3, including the CW, Outcasts and Citadel terminal entries
- Fallout: New Vegas BoS characters - Every character that appears and is mentioned in Fallout: New Vegas, including the Mojave, Christine, and Hidden Valley terminal entries
- Van Buren BoS characters - Every character in the documents
I'll have to look to see if there's a need for a Fallout Tactics and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel category. Anyone have thoughts on the matter? Thank you, Paladin117>>iff bored; 15:27, August 5, 2015 (UTC)
- The only possible alternative I can see are more specific cats such as Fallout 2 BoS (New California) characters to eliminate the need to cross-reference should a user be looking for a New California BoS character in Fallout 2 but that's about it. --The Ever Ruler (talk) 17:56, August 5, 2015 (UTC)
