A cave cricket gland is a consumable item in Fallout 76.

A gland which has been carefully harvested from the corpse of a cave cricket. It can be eaten raw to satisfy a small amount of hunger while giving a very high dose of radiation and a high chance of disease. It cannot be cooked as there are no recipes that use a cave cricket gland as an ingredient. There are no other known uses.
Locations[]
One gland is guaranteed to drop from killed cave crickets. Use of the Butcher's Bounty perk will not cause additional glands to drop.
