Charles "Charlie" Staples is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as the lead area designer.

Work on the Fallout series[]
Staples was the primary designer for several locations in Fallout: New Vegas, including Camp McCarran.[citation needed] Aside from level design, Staples was also responsible for implementing You'll Know It When It Happens and Arizona Killer.[1]
Other work[]
Staples left Obsidian Entertainment sometime after 2019 and co-founded Something Wicked Games with former Bethesda producer Jeff Gardiner, and became a design director on the upcoming game Wyrdsong.
