It is found near a dead nightkin in Charleston Cave.
Notes[]
- The item is the cause of the night stalkers' invisibility in Charleston Cave, caused by exposure to radiation emitted from the broken Stealth Boy.[1]
- The item's world model does not show any signs of damage, appearing as a normal Stealth Boy.
