Chinese technicians are Chinese personnel encountered in the Listening Post in the Anchorage Reclamation simulation in the Fallout 3 add-on Operation: Anchorage.

Background

Technicians found at the listening post are regular ground troops of the Chinese Army, responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment at the listening post. Apart from providing combat intelligence and relaying battle information, they also act as air traffic control, coordinating Chinese bombers constantly hammering American positions with high explosives.[1]
