Characteristics
The Coast Guard hat is a white hat with a dark band with "U.S. Coast Guard" written on it. When worn, the hat provides a single point of Perception.

- Sold by clothing vendors.
- Six Coast Guard hats can be found at the Coast Guard pier, sitting atop desks, cabinets and computer terminals. Two more can be found in a footlocker inside the crashed vertibird nearby, and a footlocker in a nearby sunken boat to the southwest.
- One on display in Longneck Lukowski's Cannery.
- One at a reservoir near Warwick homestead.
