How acceptable is JAF calling people scum for daring to speak out about his abuse of admin powers to your bureaucrat acceptable then? As it stands I, YuriKaslov, SigmaDelta54, and Scarface11235 are still blocked on your wiki as a result of your admin's little hissy fit. I expect this situation to be rectified in an expedient manner or I will be taking this up with Vapor Snake and filing a complaint against your wiki with Community Central. Such actions by someone who is a representation of your wiki is completely unnacceptable, disability or not.

My Actions
I would also like to point out that I did not personally attack his supposed disabilities. He sent me a comment that was a personal attack in itself and I responded back in a sarcastic manner about how he went crying and sniveling to another about how he has disabilities and how his family was in woe obviously expecting to be forgiven. (Surprised I could even comment in the first place seeing as in how we were all banned unjustly because of this incident.) I don't really care about the block though and I admit I shouldn't have stooped down to his level by making fun of him. My main concern is your comments I've seen you make over Jaf. Comments like this one, "I'm all for giving him some accommodation that I wouldn't give to other people" concerns me that you're not taking this as seriously as you should be taking it. This one concerns me also... "I recommend suspending his admin privileges until he calms down, and after he makes good edits and shows professional conduct for a long period of time, we can consider making him an admin again." Are you really actively considering giving him his powers back after he has vandalized and stirred up the communities at multiple wikis?

- I was initially sympathetic before I saw the extent to which he went around vandalizing other wikis and harassing people. At my current position, I would not recommend ever making him an admin again. I am taking this very seriously. I just made a report at the Community Wiki to remove his bureaucrat status. I will also discuss blocking him with the other WWII admins once he has been desysoped.

- It's just a shame that this has happened. It's always unnecessarily stressful when leadership decides they're a little too bored for their own good. We've had our fair share of rogue Admins also. :/

- It's alright; you all have good reason to be outraged by what has happened. I'm sure Sannse will desysop him; you can add to the message I left her at the Community Wiki if you want. Pretty much my job as sysop/manager to sort this stuff out.

Gross negligence.
Your inability to handle this situation properly has forced me to take matters into my own hands. You must think we're as daft enough not to noticed a comment like "I actually had to tell some of the people today that he wouldn't be admin again in order to stop them from reporting us. In a few months time, it might be good to reevaluate and consider him" but it shows me that you are not taking this as seriously as you are trying to lead us to believe. - I am serious. I don't want him to be an admin, but I don't think the other admins there share the view. I'm taking things slowly. I will make sure that this does not happen again. Also, my comment "I actually had to tell some of the people today that he wouldn't be admin again in order to stop them from reporting us. In a few months time, it might be good to reevaluate and consider him" was intended to show the seriousness of what happened, and is not intended to make it seem like it was just something I told you without meaning it. The other admin at the wiki wanted to keep JAF as an admin after the block, but not as a bureaucrat. If we did give him admin status after two months, which I highly doubt I'd support unless he makes an impossible turnaround in behavior, and we would revoke it at the slightest sight of abuse.

- You do not need to unblock me. I stooped down to his level and I feel as if I earned that ban from you. Also, I personally have nothing against you, so don't think I'm beginning some vendetta. On to the more important subject though... from the discussions I have seen, it seems the only thing that won't result in him just laying low until everyone has forgotten about what he did, is the message you sent to Sansse. If she doesn't take part in this, or just acts as a neutral mediator, I get the strong suspicion that Jaf will just get a slap across the wrist because of some personal friendship/other asinine reason. Consequently, I hope you take no offense from me taking the initiative of sending Sansse a detailed report about what has taken place recently. - I will ban him permanently, and explain to Fargo why it was necessary. I'm seriously not trying to do anything underhanded. I am very upset that JAF attacked the other wikis.

Full-scale Invasion
I did so to a part of my message that wasn't necessary towards you. However, I still wanted to leave the comments and links in there so they will have easy reference to discussions and what's going on. I will be more than happy to clarify no ill intent towards you and the WWII wiki if any misunderstanding comes from my report. How are you holding up over there? - Thank you. I understand; we seriously need to get this under control, and the links definitely help with that.
- I haven't been there much in the past half hour. I know that JAF is turning it inside out though. I'm probably not going to go back until one of the staff restores control. I appreciate your offer to help, though I don't think there's anything to do other than just let the staff know about it. Like you said, he'd just block you.
- I posted a message for Fargo at the Community Wiki. It might actually be good if you filled him in on the seriousness of the situation.

Empty Threats
Just don't let him get to you with his supposed knowledge on UK law. Like UK laws would ever hold any water on a US site anyways with people involved who aren't even in the UK. He made the same blanket threats at other wikis too, and they just laughed him off with nothing every happening to them in return. He's just using scare tactics to try and get his way. I also highly doubt up to this point that he even has any of the learning disabilities he speaks of. Maybe sociopathy or bi-polar. Who knows? Skål! 17:33, January 21, 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for butting in, but I've kinda been watching. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm going to word this carefully, there seems to be some misunderstanding about what the DDA is. here's the legislation, any valid claim would seem to be a part III - Discrimination in other areas, which under remedies here says specifically its a civil law thing, not criminal as your opponent has publicly suggested - well I can't say he's full of crap as I can't give you legal advice, but you can draw your own conclusions. - Oh don't worry; I'm not intimidated by him at all/not worried about his nonsense threats. First off, the it's clearly not a violation of the law to tell someone who harasses people that he can't be admin. Second, I don't even live in the UK, so he can shove his legal threats up his ***. Really the only thing I don't like is the libel of it. Come to think of it, I think that it would be a lot easier to get him in trouble for that in the UK. However, I certainly would not ever consider suing someone over internet drama.
- JAF is clearly a very interesting case. I've studied psychology and he definitely has something. If he is a sociopath, I would suspect that his disability claims are totally fake; people like that just get off on manipulating people and causing suffering. In any event, he's obviously very immature. I believe that 1999 may refer to the year he was born, in which case he's younger than I would want an admin to be.
