Bug: No Reaction to Dress
First time I played the quest through, I gave her formal wear from the guy that died in the steam room of The Ultra Luxe. I continued playing but ran into some issues where essentially, I had to revert back to a save before I gave her the dress. Now, when I try to give it to her, she doesn't say anything and I don't get the perk. It's like it doesn't happen at all. I gave her the White Glove Society attire to see if that would work instead, but nothings working. She never says anything or does anything. AND since the quest doesn't have an ID (That I can find, anyway) I can't cheat my way through it.
It's really agitating me and I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give. Thanks.

Happened to me on the PC version, had to reload from a way earlier save. Something to do with the scribe counter and the ranger take down as the same perk. But it works fine on PS3.
Vera's Dress
I gave veronica vera's dress and she said "thanks! a dress! i'll try this on later", but it didn't complete the quest, why is there a reaction but she didnt give me scribe counter--Tozzler 13:09, April 7, 2012 (UTC)
