“Is that so? Well you oughta tell that to my big toe, kiddo. Hurts like the dickens since I stubbed it earlier today. Feels pretty real to me!”
Bill Foster is one of the inhabitants of Vault 112 and part of the Tranquility Lane virtual reality simulation, still alive in 2277.
Background
Mr. Foster is a technician down at the local RobCo plant. Always ready with a Sugar Bomb for the kiddies, he's a chipper sort, and prone to whistling, or impromptu bursts of patriotic sing-songs. he is most definitely not living a life of quiet desperation.[1]
Like the other inhabitants of Vault 112, he is trapped in the Tranquility Lane simulation by Stanislaus Braun.
