She sells a small number of weapons, food, and ammunition, and is accompanied by two Gunner guards. She can be randomly encountered as the Merchant of Dreth at one of the many campsites across the wasteland.

- Despite being Gunners, the two guards will not attack the Sole Survivor unless provoked. In fact, they will attack other hostile Gunners on sight.
- Dreth has an innate Damage Resistance of 25, despite not wearing any armor.
