This is Daydreamdirty. I'm super pissed at Energy tX for preventing me from sending people messages or editing pages. Can you do something about that? My old account is now called Hellrazordirty and I had to change everything just to create a new account so I could send you a message. this up for others to check out. It's worth mentioning because my goal is now to recreate fallout 3 as we know it from inside a gamesave. I might have placed it in the wrong category at first, but after fixing the issue and posting it in the mods section, my block still hasn't been lifted.

Hi! Umm... well, bot been running for three days now... Sorry, i forgot to drop you a letter on this. I guess, later is better, than never? So here it comes: User/Talk/Blog/Forum images is under control. I've tried to sort images in the (Main) namespace, but got very unreliable results, so i decided to drop this. Unfortunately, Special:UncategorizedFiles still going to need human attention. Thankfully, Limmiegirl will be more than happy to take care of it. :)

That Gun Fallout: New Vegas

Hey, in FNV is That Gun affected by the cowboy perk. It says the perk affects revolvers and lever action rifles. I read on That Guns page that it is a modified .223 pistol from fallout 2. Character categories

I just noticed how, even though we have the new character categories, like Category:Fallout 3 human characters, all of the characters in these new categories are still in the more general character categories, like Category:Fallout 3 characters. Good afternnon, I am unintentionally having trouble with some talk pages and it has been suggested by Limmie I put my talk into my blog or be banned. I did observe the first comments and yet find a new set of potential infringemetns added to the first on my talk that will add up to a ban. I knew it was a long shot gamble, so I'm not surprised we couldn't cover the point spread. Patroller Request

Hi, i'm requesting to become a patroller. Lately i have noticed that a lot of people have made unworthy edits and when no one is around to roll them back, i do it. However, without the tools, it is very hard to change the edits that keep rolling in. I try to make this wiki shine, but it can get hard at times. One such time is when an anonymous user removed all of the Mothership Zeta section on the Fallout: 3 add-ons page. I was about to un do it but it was to much to do without the proper tools. Not only do i meet the requirements to become a patroller but i have been editing for 15 days in a row. I have also greatly contributed to the Fallout 3 and New Vegas Quotation project. I have 930 achievement points and 42 badges. I'm on chat on a daily basis and i edit everyday. NV screen shots

Not sure if you play New Vegas on steam or not but when it comes to pics yer the expert.

It had been awhile since I played NV. In fact I had to reload it to play on steam but I just noticed I can't find the screen shots I've been taking.

Firstly, congrats are of course in order for finally completing your goal, and somehow managing to make all the numbers fall so nicely into place at the same time. That was an achievement in and of itself! As promised, I've uploaded the new image for you fitting with your desired casino party theme. I've added some really minute touches to it as well, so in places you might see something nice you hadn't noticed before. As normal, if you don't like it, tell me and I'll either change it or start again. I have plenty of free time surprisingly.

As for missing the party and everything, I really couldn't help it. I moved into uni on the 22nd of September, and we had no internet until Tuesday, so I missed it by nearly two weeks. I hope it was good though, and I'm glad you really got out of it what you deserved with everyone being so pleased for you and the pack from Wikia etc., it's great. I read your little interview earlier too, it's nice to get to know a little more about you, but I understand your want of privacy too. Porter's just the same, or even more so.

As much as part of me wants to come back now, I know that I wouldn't have anything to do until the new game comes out, and risk losing interest for good, so I'll hold out for the new game, whenever that might be. I honestly thought they'd announce it on the same day as your party, and I kind of hoped they would because it would be the icing on your cake, but oh well, we can't have everything. Hope all is well here, seems calmer than when I left, and if you want I will give you my e-mail address in case you need me again, probably in PM.

Anyway, congrats again Jspoel, glad you had such a swell time with the mini party and everything. Funny isn't it, how when we first 'met' you were a lot more reserved and cold, and now I can count you among my closest friends here, and certainly the oldest seen as Itachou's gone.

Pinned threads in forums

I just added a way to pin threads in the forums. All you have to do is add the category [[Category:Pinned {{PAGENAME}}]] to the forum page and create that category if not yet created. I'll work the kinks out a bit as I go, and try to add a "Pinned threads" section to the top of the forum tables. For right now, the only pinned thread I wanted was the Admin discussion board. We can look at new threads, like maybe a FO4 forum when it comes out, as they come up. The Gunny   22:29, October 16, 2012 (UTC)

Pinned threads will always stay at the top of the forum table. Right now, the only thread I feel needs this is the Admin discussion board, since it does not update in the forum table like all other forum threads do and it gets lost down the list. Since this is supposed to be "the place" for folks to contact an admin, it needs to stay very visible and pinning it to the top of the forum table works. The Gunny   23:13, October 16, 2012 (UTC)

But that is an opinion. You don't really know. They could of been part of the Zion people who left the vault. They could of left on their own accord, they could of been murdered, they could of killed themselves. So it is speculation as their are many possibilities of what could of happened but you don't know for sure. So it is speculation. You broke a rule by adding speculation to 26 articles. Speculation

While I'll be pulling Dweller into chat later to talk about this as well, I'd also like a moment of your time. To cut straight to the point, I agree with Dweller and I gave him permission in chat last night that what he did was right. What he removed was indeed speculation. Yeah, it might make sense to believe that they became spore carriers, but that's the funny thing about speculation - everyone thinks their logic is the correct one. That's why we don't allow speculation in the first place. But think of it this way - Vault 22 was the only Vault in the Mojave that opened shortly after the Great War. It is proven that a group of over 100 survivors made it to Zion Canyon shortly after Randal Clark made it there. (Which was only a few months after the Great War.) That means that no new generations were added to original population, meaning that quite a large number of the Vault 22 inhabitants had survived and moved on to Zion. (Although many of them were infected with spores.) So for all we know, those mentioned characters could have died from anything. I assumed that dweller simply made a good faith mistake, which is perfectly OK. I didn't know you were editing InterWiki links and so I had no idea why he was doing that, but it's all good. As for the guy who posted Limmie's TP, I'm not sure if he doesn't mean harm, because I perceived the comment/question to be more of snide sarcasm than anything. That along with the following comments on his talk page fits the ban, I believe. If you reply to this and yet think that he didn't mean harm (but had a very unpopular distorted view of things), I will reduce his ban. Hi, about those links i was doing, i was in the beginning process of adding those pages to the other wikis by translating. Energy Weapons page

On the Energy Weapons page, under the Fallout 3 section, the "Viper" magnetic rail cannon is listed as one of the weapons effected by the skill. The weapon does not exist in the game, so I belive it should be removed. What could be done about that?Leea (talk) 22:11, October 21, 2012 (UTC)

I am not even sure if I should be allowed to vote on this topic.

• I speak only as one simi outsider. I am an active member on all forums but chat. So I can no longer read any moment to moment concerns or impatient requests for assistance when faced with a game issues, a request for clues, a game bug or just a need to harmlessly waist time with another when chat goes dead.

I get that there must be guidelines but to be fair in all cases the punishment should never exceed the perceived crime. I have held my peace but now it seems clear many understand life long "3,000 year bans" should be reserved for those with the most hostile intent. Willful vandalism of a page, Posting pornography or maliciously prejudicial debasing verbal assaults. Account piracy with the clear intent to do harm, slander or misrepresenting another member.. These are the hate full acts that call for the harshest terms..

Even repeat minor offences should be considered on a case by case basis. Yes it makes a mods job less convenient but no one ever said Justice could be easy.

• Some might say I just want a reprieve for my self but I have continued to demonstrate that I never had any ill will to begin with. I speak out now not for my self but for the sake of all members.

• Be careful in your wording. Fore any legislation no matter how well intended, the rules might smother the very community they should always wish to serve.

• As the voting seemed to be closed I just thought I'd add my final 2 cents. I had not commented before because like I said, I was not even sure I would be allowed to vote and again the majority already seemed to be of one accord. All I meant to do was add my perspective as a harmless outsider. The vote was even more unanimous than the results of your request to lift my ban.

Of course I will remain optimistic and helpful to this wiki.. I love Fallout's universe of games and I feel I can contribute here in a positive way with or without chat just as I always have.

Yes, i do understand that the viper cannon should have a page dedicated to it, and hell, i've wanted to get my hands on it more than once. But i don't see why it should be under the header "Fallout 3 weapons affected by this skill" if it wasn't in the game in the first place. Hey, Js, I was wondering if, among your many talents with media, you happen to be able to take video captures? I would really like a video of a feral ghoul's oncoming footsteps followed by a scream and then about a minute of silence. A quick update

Well some sad (at least for me) news to share: I messed up on the Saviour of the Damned track, as by a minor slip of having to go to a friend's house to work on a project didn't allow me to get home until 21:30, which is after midnight for wiki time. Thus, my relatively-well managed schedule of editing at least a few articles a day has been thrown off. And thus I am from over 250 days back to 1. I can't fucking believe it. It only magnifies the fact that you got it - so impressive with so much dedication, something I unfortunately cannot match up to, especially amidst my increasingly busy life. Weirdowithcoffee/Cheese Lord/Coffee Shop Corporate Raider changed his name once again, except it was by an alternate measure, since he already used his name change feature (only allowed once). Thus, it's basically a new account, except the old one is globally disabled by Wikia.

Unfortunately, this issue has been blown out of proportion. You as well as I have tried to establish communication with the anonymous user making all these edits. He has been completely unresponsive and yet making these changes. They are technically correct, but although practically completely unnecessary. With respect to appearances, I am also fine with either "appears only" or "only appears" but they must remain consistent. For such a small section, they need to be standardised. It goes towards quality and professionalism of a wiki. Whilst I do not want to make a big deal of this, they need to be one way or the other; it's all black and white for me on this. Either: 1. Most of the appearances are still "only appears" and we revert the anon's edits plus a small block to get his attention since he has been unresponsive for several messages now.

2. We change all of the appearances, or let him change them, to "appears only".

Wiki Glitch Fun

Hey, I'm seeing a weird bug right now with the Recent Changes page. It keeps flipping between adding "Talk:" before a page name and linking to it, or getting rid of it and linking to the regular page. Like, Thelee just made some edits to Impartial Mediation and its talk page, first it listed "Talk:Imparital Mediation" twice even though they were different pages, now it's listing "Impartial Mediation" twice, it's really weird. What is up with the Badge stats.

I was 60 days away from a gold badge in daily participation now I'm set as 5 days away from the lowest badge. A token I that I obviously already earned long ago.

• I'am do'n all I can to prove my worth here but it is not easy when credits I have earned are snatched away in such an off hand manor.

Joshua Sawyer's mod

Prior to the release of Josh Sawyer's mod - an "unofficial patch" designated to make the game more difficult, there are a lot of changes concering the gameplay, some statistical changes but I'm focusing on the item changes. The pre-order items are moved into secret locations when the mod is installed, and legacy content armors such as Ranger battle armor and unique armors from Fallout 3 are added and they are sold on specific vendors on the Mojave Wasteland. Other than that, there's new crafting recipes are added such as bent tin can can be turned into tin can. Now, the point is - do you want articles for those items that were added onto the game? ^{"Talk to me, somepony. ;)"}
