Inside of a desk in the lower levels of Fort Independence, and can be used to grant further access into the Brotherhood Outcasts' primary base of operations.

The password to the Door Terminal is "enwozzirb."
Behind the scenes
When reversed, the password reads "brizzowne." Brizzowne was an online handle of level designer Jeff Browne on the official Bethesda forums at the time of Fallout 3's release.
