The Bailey (also reffered as the Courtyard) is a section inside the Citadel.
Layout
The Bailey is the training section for the Initiates. Here the Initiates can train in rifles, pistols or even unarmed.
The Initiates also learn how to use and wear powered armor. The teacher for the useage of power armor (and the teacher in warfare) is Paladin Gunny.
Appearances
The Citadel A ring only appears in Fallout 3.
