Automatic rifle

Thank you for your recent edit to a weapon page here at Nukapedia. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we don't put real-world weapon references on article pages, unless it's the same name as the real-world weapon, or if is mentioned by a developer that the ingame weapon is intended to represent a specific real-world weapon. Thanks again. Great Mara 14:55, April 19, 2011 (UTC)

Chat Ban

Hi, thanks for visiting Nukapedia. I've had to cut your visit to our chatroom short for breaching the chat rules, specifically rules 7 and 10. You were asked by both myself and Yes-Man to drop the subject several times, but continued to do so after I posted a message warning that any further continuation would result in a ban. Ignoring these warnings resulted in you disrupting the chatroom. Your ban is for 3 days, please contact me or another admin/moderator at the end of this time for this to be lifted. You're welcome to continue to use the other features of this site as long as you remain within the site rules. Agent c 05:17, February 18, 2012 (UTC)

Chat rights reinstated. Please make sure you observe the rules as subsequent bans are longer. Agent c 20:52, February 25, 2012 (UTC)

Radscorpions

Please mind your spelling of radscorpion (radscorpians). And we decap generic creatures like deathclaw and radscorpions. So that you know. You might want to read our Fallout Wiki:Policies and guidelines. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:06, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Guidlines

As Jspoel suggested, you may want to read our policies, some of your edits are borderline and unneeded. Thanks if you do. ToCxHawK 19:45, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

He did, why would he link our guidelines and policies if he wasn't implying that he wants you to just check them out, to get some grounds what's not notable and such. ToCxHawK 19:53, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Talk page

Don't remove the content from your talk page. MysteryStranger: Trust in the power of Infinity! 21:03, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

He's not "telling you what to do". He's making sure the rules and mannerisms of this wiki are endured and respected by all users. Please learn to follow said rules otherwise there may be consequences. -ΣΔLet's talk! 21:08, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Think it more of an advice. Also, sign your posts with ~~~~. MysteryStranger: Trust in the power of Infinity! 21:10, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

They are the rules. MysteryStranger: Trust in the power of Infinity! 21:12, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Removing talkpage messages is not a smart move. You're only bringing unwanted attenttion to yourself, as you may have noticed. Everything is spotted here. And your edits are not all that good, I'm afraid. A lot is reverted with unneeded content and wrong links. So I do suggest you read our guidelines to see how we do things here. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:13, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Because it "is" the rules. Simple, deleting content would not be good for you, it might result in the ban. MysteryStranger: Trust in the power of Infinity! 21:19, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

No, no-one shouldn't remove the content from the talk pages. MysteryStranger: Trust in the power of Infinity! 21:25, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

As you've been told multiple times already, removing content from your talk page is not allowed. User:Great_MaraMessage 03:28, February 27, 2012 (UTC)

You have your "rights"? We all do, unless those rights are in transgression of the law (rules of this wiki). People do not have unlimited, infinite freedom, we are confined and restricted by rules to prolong civilisation. When you're on this site, you will respect the rules, whether you like 'em or not. Thanks. -ΣΔLet's talk! 19:55, February 29, 2012 (UTC)

Congratulations

A present, just for you!

Dragon Skål! 23:00, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

I've come to realize that you have already served your block for that particular incident. I've gone ahead and removed your block. Just remember to keep your nose clean from now on. I would also like to point out that I don't want to see any more edits like the one you made on the YCS/186 page. Dragon Skål! 23:27, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

Dear fellow wiki members reading this, I really think alot of the people here are completely insane. Some members are like the wiki Gestapos. You know who you are. However, I do want to give a thanks to all of the other respectful members here on this very nice wikia. I would like all of the admins to shower me with comments on how absurd this wiki post is. Ooh! Lets see who's the most enraged admin or mod here on this wiki, I can't wait! You guys need to realize that this is a wiki for a game. A GAME. This has no relaiton to real life, so treat the wiki as if it were a game.

Please don't flamebait. Dragon Skål! 04:29, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

Too late. That comment has gotten you blocked. You call the administrators Nazis and that the website is insane? Not a good idea. Garoux made a mistake and was able to admit that. To then call him "completely insane" and refer to certain members as the Gestapo (Nazi officers, for those of you who didn't know), and then flamebait by insulting us and asking who the "most enraged" is, just shows that you're nothing short of a troll. You're lucky I banned you for a week, because I was originally going to make it a month. I'll be honest, I hope you decide not to come back next week because I've personally had enough of you. Yes Man defaultUser Avatar talk 04:33, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

  • Looks like we have our first contestant! A I'm not trolling, I'm simply implying to ask you so called, "Successful people" why the polices are so strict on a game wiki, and maybe before you ban, you consult directly. Also, I never called this website insane. I called the crazy control-freaked admins insane. I said this was a very nice wiki, if you open your eyes and reread what i wrote. Why can't people on this wiki be free to make reasonable edits? And you, Yes-Man, by the way, following Yes-Man's side in Fallout New Vegas screws you over big time, just saying. I considered you one of the nice people on this wikia.

We are a professional wiki, that's why. How else do you think we made it to be one of the top Wikia wikis? Certainly not by allowing every Tom, Dick and Jerry to make asinine edits. And no, we do not need to consult you first before banning you. Don't flatter yourself to be so important. I'd advise for you to take this new ban you've found yourself in stride though, lest you find it expanded upon. Dragon Skål! 05:24, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

So what if I become a part of this professional wiki? In terms of starting over a new leaf? what do i get out of this?

I would just advise for you to thoroughly read through our policies and guidelines and stop insulting the leadership whenever they call you out. That would be a great start to becoming part of the community here. Dragon Skål! 05:41, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

I'll take he heat if they call me out,I apologize for my profanity, it shall continue no more. I just want to be a huge contributor of this wikia, however it looks like everything is under control, so I don't know how I could be of much aid to others and the wiki.

You could always look at our active projects. We have plenty of them that need a lot of work still. Dragon Skål! 05:53, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

May I have a link for when my ban-time is over? I'll get right to the active projects immediately, i think i have alot to offer for this wikia.

Just look under your contributions tab and go into your block logs. Dragon Skål! 05:57, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

Listen, Buddha. I don't care if you thought I was the "nice guy of the Wiki", because frankly, anyone is going to get offended if you call them the Gestapo. It's not something you should throw around, because no matter how nice someone might be, they don't appreciate being insulted. So, before you insult me and then tell me that I'm not nice for retaliating, maybe you should take a step back and look at the way you've been acting. Yes Man defaultUser Avatar talk 06:21, March 4, 2012 (UTC)

If you read before, I had exclaimed that I was sorry for my rude and absurd actions toward administrators, I was just frustrated with the wikia therefore I apologize for relating the admins as Nazis as well, I did not mean it in any such way. I seek the same wish that probably all admins covet for here, which is to make this the best wiki. I am just seeking ways of how I can be useful here because I think I have alot to offer for this wiki.

Rock-It Launcher

Hi. The durability item is a sub-section, part of a project of which I am coincidentally leading, along with good ol' Gunny. Do not change it again, please. And also, the construction is listed on its respective article. -ΣΔLet's talk! 01:26, March 12, 2012 (UTC)

Like I previously said, they have their own articles detailing "construction". It is not necessary on the main page, as long as it is indicative that they are custom-made weapons. If you see it on other custom-made weapon page, please remove it. -ΣΔLet's talk! 01:30, March 12, 2012 (UTC)

Edit

Your edit is speculation please don't add it again... Kiwi 3992205 16:32, April 14, 2012 (UTC)

If you have proof, then write it on the article (source page). MS: Destiny conquers all. 16:37, April 14, 2012 (UTC)

I was also asked to mediate and since there is no proof, it is considered speculation. We only stick to the cold, hard facts here. Have you considered joining the New User Network? We could assign you a mentor to give you guidance whenever you need it. -- Bacon-Man Talk to me goose! 16:56, April 14, 2012 (UTC)

If you have a valid source for new information in the future, you can reference it by adding <ref>source</ref>, then at the bottom of the page add ==References== with {{References}} right underneath it (if these aren't there yet). SigmaDelta54 (Talk) 17:08, April 14, 2012 (UTC)

Warning blue Hello Buddha392,  thank you for your recent edit to a weapon page here at Nukapedia. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we don't put real-world weapon references on article pages, unless it's the same name as the real-world weapon, or if is mentioned by a developer that the in-game weapon is intended to represent a specific real-world weapon. You should take this opportunity to completely familiarize yourself with Nukapedia's user policies and content guidelines, if you have not yet done so.

Real World Comparisons

Do not start this again, please. You have been told over and over again that all real-world comparisons need some sort of reliable source to back them up, and I've even had to ban you before in the past because you don't seem to want to listen to us. If you need help becoming more familiar with how matters are run here at Nukapedia, I would be more than happy to jump into chat with you and talk everything over, or you can even join our New User Network program linked to you through your welcome message to have a different experienced user help you out.
