is it possible that these are giant Saturnite crystals? i know that they dont look like it, but with the glowing color they could have been super heated when the explosion happened and, like the cosic knife and the saturnite fist, they held their heat for so long. thoughts anyone?

Thats actually a good idea, but I'm pretty sure that saturnite is an alloy. I didn't pay attention to a lot of chemistry so maybe crystals can be turned into an alloy, but I'm not sure. Power Bonkers 18:38, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Saturnine is described as a ceramic, but since it looks metallic and is forged it is likely a ceramic/meta alloy or another compound. Those crystals are likely used in another application such as laser focusing or data storage. Just my thought thoughWastelandRanger al 21:54, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Definitely not Saturnite. The Saturnite that is in this game appears to be found only in the liquid form (based on the Saturnite found in the Saturnite Mines in the Saturnite Alloy Research Facility)Guest 19:52, August 28, 2013 (UTC)

Not Saturnite, it's an alloy. Best explanation? maybe stones cristallized by extreme heat when the mountain explode (just like sand cristallize on a nuclear explosion site). - GEMINI57
