Hand of Vengeance is a companion perk in Fallout: New Vegas.

Obtaining

Gaining this perk requires completing Heartache by the Number through the violent option of killing Alice McLafferty and Gloria Van Graff. Killing the former will incur NCR infamy and killing the latter will turn all members of the Van Graffs (including the Silver Rush crier) hostile.

Effects

When Cass is an active companion, she gains a 15% bonus to damage dealt with Guns.

Notes

• Hand of Vengeance does not have a Vault Boy image, even in the G.E.C.K.
• It is possible to gain both this perk and Calm Heart by collecting and turning in the evidence and then going back and killing Alice and Gloria.
