Henry Glover was a candidate for overseer in Vault 11 in the year 2281. He was endorsed by the Utilitarian Bloc, Divine Will Bloc, and Allied Service Workers Bloc.
Background[]
He was the father of six children including Sam and Henry Glover, Jr.. He tried to use his family as a reason to not be elected, and this appeared to work, as no campaign posters calling for his election were made and Nathan Stone was apparently in the lead for Overseer before his wife Katherine was elected.
