Stuart Little is the diminuitive boss of the Jungle Gym in 2241.
Background
A dwarf in children's clothes, the red haired Stuart is usually chewing on a toothpick and studying promising young boxers. He has a knack for spotting fledgling talent and coercing people into fighting for him. While he wishes he was just a little taller to fight in the ring, he is, none the less, accepting of his body and does not take too kindly to people relying on stereotypes and making assumptions based solely on their looks (i.e. assuming that a dwarf can't possibly make a career in boxing).
Stuart is one of the more suave and outspoken characters in the whole of New Reno and possesses several interesting lines, including a fourth-wall-breaking dialogue about stereotypes connected to character models.

Quests
- Become a Prizefighter: The Chosen One can box under the management of Stuart Little, splitting the winnings. However, they only have two chances, as Stuart has little patience for failures. The choice of a nickname can lead to a few amusing comments, mostly connected to the Rocky movies.
Insulting Stuart about his height will prompt him to mock your own character model, pointing out the over muscled chest of males and the relatively large breasts of females. He goes on to call you either a Mad Maxx wannabe or a Laura Kroft impersonator.

Behind the scenes
- Stuart's name is a reference to E.B. White's Stuart Little children's story. Stuart himself states that his mother read a lot of E.B. White.
- If the Chosen One makes fun of his character model he calls them "Mad Maxx wannabes" or "Laura Kroft impersonators". These are just some of the many references to the Mad Max movies and Tomb Raider games in the Fallout franchise.
- Stuart Little is one of few characters in Fallout 2 that break the fourth wall.
