John was a friend of Caleb Smith and Liesel.
Background[]
John, Caleb, and Liesel were all slaves together roughly eight years prior to 2277. They attempted to escape in the night, but while Caleb managed to make it into the wasteland, John and Liesel were re-captured.[1]
