Lieutenant Krumfolz was a United States Navy and Defense Intelligence Agency officer and field operative stationed at the Naval recruiting center in Point Lookout before the Great War.
Background
Krumfolz was tasked with tracking and capturing Chinese spies, such as Wan Yang. Anyone with relevant information was ordered to report it to Krumfolz at the recruiting center.[1][2]
