Lieutenant Romanowski is an NCR officer stationed at the NCR Sharecropper Farms in 2281.
Background
In charge of protecting the farmers and crops from wastelanders, he makes sure the water stays pumping from Lake Mead and that the farmers are generally happy. He was contacted by Corporal White, but didn't believe him about the water shortage. He believes that White is a glory hound and is admittedly a soldier, not a thinker.
