William John "Liam" Neeson is an Irish actor who voiced James, the father of the Lone Wanderer, in Fallout 3.

The character of James was written with Neeson in mind, according to Todd Howard,[1] and they share similarities in physical appearance and personality. Neeson said that "it's been a pleasure bringing the father to life and working with the wonderfully talented people at Bethesda on Fallout 3. I hope the fans of the franchise and the game will be excited by the results."[1]
