Old Man McGee is a gambler in the Bishops' Shark Club Casino who is possessed with a gambling problem.
Background
He has been playing the same (possibly broken) slot machine for five years without winning a single chip. He anticipates that the machine will some day break down and repay his questionable diligence provided that he, and only he, continuously plays that machine.

Other interactions
- You can repair the slot machine and gain 50 XP (or more rarely, 100 XP), though it will always claim it is "still in sorry shape." Once fixed, it grants you no further use.
- If you have high enough Luck you can put a coin into the slot machine and win 500 chips. After which Old Man McGee will enter into a dialog where he will insult you and ask for the chips. you can either return half or all of the chips, or end dialog by starting combat in various ways.
