Background[]
Marcie was a radiologic technologist at the Mass Bay Medical Center who was on duty on October 23, 2077. After the first nuclear detonations struck she was effectively drafted when the U.S. military took over the facility.[1]
After some time some of the staff found a way to escape the medical center, but Marcie decided to stay behind. As a friend of Bonnie Tournquist, she was entrusted with a holotape for Bonnie's husband Wayne, should he have made it to the radiology department looking for her.[1]
