Mark Kurchfield was the general manager of the RobCo Sales & Service Center in 2077.

Background

Prior to the Great War, Mark Kurchfield served in the capacity of general manager, ensuring all employees were informed of policies and procedures. He highlighted several issues in an email to the staff, including a reminder that customers, friends, and family are no longer allowed in the back service area. He also noted the importance of wearing official employee name tags and not to swap tags with other employees. He instructed the staff to make sure the name tags were highly visible and attached to the top right corner of their uniform shirt.[1]

One portion of the email reads in a disconcerting way, warning of immediate termination and threatening to turn one over for "extensive questioning by our friends downstairs" if anyone were to open shipments labeled RB-2851, accidental or not.[1] Further examination of the service center terminal reveals that "RB-2851" was related to the Robobrain assembly, likewise occurring below RobCo sales & service.[2]

Appearances

Mark Kurchfield is mentioned only in the Fallout 4 add-on Automatron.
