Mary Kilpatrik or Subject B440 was one of the original residents of Vault 87, who died during the FEV experiments conducted in the vault.

According to Doctor Wayne Merrick's autopsy, she died of a massive loss of brain function and was unable to sustain her basic bodily needs.[1]
