- Carried by Aldo in Klamath Downtown, and found in Dunton House.
- Sometimes Eldridge sells this.
- Carried by Elmo.
- Sometimes Smitty will have one for sale.
- In a hidden ice chest in Desperado, upstairs.
- One in a bookcase in a locked room in the Shark Club, second level.
Notes
Despite being an early game throwing weapon, this item is not very common, unlike frag grenades or the throwing knife.
